We are currently seeking experienced Electricians for ongoing fixed plant shutdowns at Talison Lithium Greenbushes.

The Opportunity

This is more than just a single shutdown. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to join our shutdown crew for ongoing day and night shift work across future shutdown campaigns.

Rates & Benefits

• Day Shift: $75.00 flat per hour
• Night Shift: $85.00 flat per hour
• up to 3 hours travel allowance each way ($225 each direction)
• Paid 12-hour shifts (lunch breaks paid)
• Accommodation provided (off-site)
• Travel with the CrewSELECT team or use your own vehicle
• Ongoing shutdown opportunities for reliable performers

Scope of Work

Working on a lithium processing fixed plant duties will include:

• General electrical shutdown maintenance
• Inspection and testing of electrical equipment
• Cleaning and preventative maintenance
• Replacing electrical components
• Re-torquing terminals
• Fault finding and testing to ensure plant reliability

• Shift Length: 12-hour paid shifts

To Be Successful You Will Have

• Current WA Electrical Licence
• Current Drivers Licence
• Construction White Card
• Working at Heights (within 2 years)
• Confined Space (within 2 years)
• HRWL EWP
• Current LVR/CPR (within 12 months)
