Role Overview:

The short order cook is responsible forsupporting the chefs in day to day operations within the kitchen as well as assistingin food preparation for in-venue and food trucks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Standard foodprep for in-venue and food trucks
• Assist chefsin cooking and preparation of Breakfast and Lunch menus
• Following anddemonstrating correct food safety practices
• Opening/Closingthe kitchen and required equipment

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• Minimum 1year experience in a commercial kitchen
• Current foodsafety certificate
• CurrentDrivers Licence
