As a Shift Leader you arent just managing clocks and checklistsyou are the heartbeat of the shift. You will lead coach and inspire our amazing crew members during busy trade periods making sure the energy stays sky-high the music keeps pumping and every single guest walks out with a massive smile.

WHAT YOULL BE DOING

• Inspire the Crew: Team up with the management squad to train coach and motivate the crew to deliver first-class guest service.

• Own the Shift: Lead by example on the line or the registers keeping the vibe fun focused and fast.

• Keep it Clean & Safe: Champion our 100% clean food standards food safety and top-tier presentation.

• Run the Numbers: Help manage labour look after deliveries and smash store goals like a pro!

Qualifications :

WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR

• A naturally friendly approachable and enthusiastic personalitysomeone who loves working with people!

• Previous experience supervising or leading a team in a busy retail hospitality or fast-food environment.

• A customer-first mindset and the ability to thrive under pressure when the lunch or dinner rush hits.

• Availability to work a flexible roster including some evenings and weekends.

• A completed Food Safety Supervisor certificate and RSA (or a total willingness to get them!).
