Job Summary

We are seeking a SHE Business Partner to support the implementation of Safety Health & Environment (SHE) strategies across LDC operations. Working closely with the Country Senior SHE Manager Operational Managers and site teams you will play a key role in driving a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and company standards.

This role will support multiple sites and requires regular travel across LDC assets. You will act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees promoting proactive risk management and continuous improvement in SHE performance.

Key responsibilities will be but not limited to:

  • Support delivery of SHE strategy across allocated sites
  • Coach leaders on risk management incidents and compliance
  • Conduct site inspections and internal audits
  • Monitor incident and hazard reporting
  • Assist with SHE systems documentation and training
  • Drive continuous improvement and close out audit actions
  • Report on SHE performance and trends

Essential skills and experience:

  • Support delivery of SHE strategy across allocated sites

Qualifications :

  • Cert IV in WHS (minimum)
  • Diploma or higher in WHS (preferred)
  • Auditor qualification (desirable)
