In this role youll:
Working as part of a team delivering customer support through a busy multi-channel contact centre youll assist internal and external customers across phone live chat and administrative channels.
This role will see you resolving enquiries processing transactions and using multiple systems to deliver accurate timely and customer-focused outcomes.
You will deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment while building positive relationships solving problems and contributing to continuous improvement.

About you
Your communication skills customer focus and ability to multitask gained in customer service administration shared services or contact centre environments will see you thrive in this role.
Youre recognised for providing great customer experiences working collaboratively and adapting quickly to new systems and processes.
Work Location
Positions are based in Dubbo.
Rostered Shifts
This role requires availability to work across rotating shifts (Monday to Sunday) as per below:
- 8:00am to 5:15pm (office-based)
- 10:30am to 7:45pm
- 12:30pm to 8:45pm
- 2:45pm to 12:00am
All afternoon and evening shifts can be worked from home.
