ServiceNow Consultant

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Consultant with strong hands-on development expertise across enterprise ServiceNow environments. This role is suited to a technical specialist with deep platform knowledge strong stakeholder engagement skills and experience delivering scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM CSM and CMDB modules.

The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end ServiceNow development configuration integrations platform optimisation and release activities while working closely with business stakeholders architects and engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop configure test and deploy ServiceNow solutions across ITSM CSM CMDB Incident Problem Change Request and Knowledge Management modules
• Develop server-side and client-side scripting using JavaScript Glide APIs Business Rules UI Policies Client Scripts and Script Includes
• Build and manage integrations using REST/SOAP APIs IntegrationHub MID Servers JDBC and ETL tools
• Support platform upgrades performance tuning troubleshooting and platform optimisation activities
• Maintain CMDB health Discovery patterns and integration reliability across enterprise systems
• Apply ServiceNow best practices including NowCreate Health Scan ATF and Business Smart customisation principles
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
• Produce technical documentation including solution designs integration documents and implementation runbooks
• Participate in Agile delivery practices including sprint planning estimation and retrospectives
• Contribute to automation continuous improvement and platform governance initiatives

Qualifications :

• 7 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience within enterprise environments
• Strong expertise across ITSM CSM and CMDB modules
• Proficiency in JavaScript HTML AngularJS REST APIs and Glide scripting
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations platform upgrades performance tuning and workflow automation
• Strong understanding of ITIL SDLC Agile and DevOps practices
• Excellent stakeholder engagement communication and workshop facilitation skills
• Experience working across cross-functional teams in complex enterprise environments
