Leasing Consultant

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Leasing Consultant to join our Upper North Shore team. Youll receive hands on training ongoing support and the opportunity to grow your career within a well established business.

About the Role:

• Advertising and leasing of residential properties
• Conducting and managing open inspections
• Managing the end-to-end leasing process from enquiry through to lease documentation
• Supporting the Property Management team as required
• Utilising internal systems to ensure a smooth experience for tenants and landlords
• Scheduling and coordinating property maintenance improvements and inspections
• Monday to Saturday role with one weekday off (Monday Tuesday Wednesday Thursday and Saturday)
• Uphold the integrity of the DiJones brand by working collaboratively with your DiJones team and providing excellent service in every client interaction.

About You:

• Hold a Real Estate Licence or certificate of registration
• Valid drivers licence and access to a vehicle
• Strong customer service focus with a professional and positive approach
• Organised proactive and ready to take the next step in your real estate career
