THE WORK:
As a ServiceNowArchitect you will support the sales pursuit activities integrated solutiondesignsand complex program delivery for our clients.
Develop solutions for salesopportunityincluding value proposition roadmaps architecture supportofferings to win deals.
Knowledge of businessprocessand ServiceNow product to support development and expansion ofsolutionto meet business strategy.
Provide direction in applying technology to theclientbusiness.
Facilitate clientworkshop document businessrequirement and developa solution.
Develop technical solution design with technical architects to create corresponding cost estimates.
Support presales technical and functional activity for clients.
Share knowledgetothe delivery team to ensure smooth transfer from sales to delivery.

Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
Working experience as ServiceNow Architect with certified implementationspecialistiaon
Experiencetranslating technical solutionrequirementto businessrequirementand customer outcomes.
Experience in explaining complex topics clearly and concisely to business and clients.
Expertisein one or more of the following ServiceNow applications:ITSM/ ITOM/ CSM/ HR/ IRM
