As a Service Technician at Terex Jaques based in Dandenong South VIC youll play a pivotal role in providing our customers with exceptional service and aftermarket support and assist the Service Manager in growing our customer base.

What youll do
- Participating the manufacturing and assembly process of machinery

- Assisting customers by providing training repairing equipment and troubleshooting problems as they arise.

- Actively Engage in fault finding and troubleshooting techniques.

- Communicate effectively and efficiently with stakeholders regarding equipment problems trends and other reportable information.

- Performing other duties as assigned that aid the overall objectives of the position including occasional on-call work and travel to customer sites.

- Participate in and comply with the Terexs safety-first culture.

What youll bring
- Fitter Qualification - Essential
- Current Motor Vehicle license

- Computer literacy Microsoft Suite experience a plus

- Experience in the Mining or Quarry industries and/or with Jaques Cedarapids or Terex Washing Systems equipment highly desirable.

- Additional tickets electrical and/or welding experience a plus.
