About the Role
This role supports the Core Data Platform enabling data across analytics reporting and business insights. You will focus on improving service stability resolving incidents and supporting continuous improvement. Working with platform teams and partners you will help deliver reliable and scalable data services that support enterprise outcomes.
What Youll Do
Support service stability by managing platform performance and contributing to improvements across the Core Data Platform environment.
Manage and resolve incidents ensuring timely restoration of services and contributing to root cause analysis activities.
Collaborate with platform teams and partners to improve service outcomes and streamline operational processes.
Contribute to monitoring automation and reporting practices that improve visibility and service performance.
Analyse service data and trends to identify recurring issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Build knowledge across teams by supporting documentation knowledge sharing and capability uplift activities.
What Youll Bring
Experience working in service delivery or platform support roles within enterprise environments.
Understanding of data platforms and concepts such as data pipelines warehouses and data lifecycle processes.
Experience managing incidents and contributing to service improvements and operational stability.
Experience with tools such as Databricks AWS Redshift Power BI Fivetran (HVR and SaaS) and data integration platforms for monitoring and support activities.
Understanding of data warehouse and data lake concepts including structured vs unstructured data storage and usage patterns
Understanding of batch data processing scheduling and dependencies across data workflows
Good knowledge of data movement and data flow across systems including ingestion transformation and consumption layers
Ability to analyse data and service trends to support informed decision-making and improvements.
Strong stakeholder collaboration skills with the ability to work across teams and support shared outcomes.
