Service Repair Clerk

Synergie Australia is seeking a Service Repair Clerk for a trusted client located in Carlton NSW.

• Pay: Competitive hourly rate Super Duration:6^th July to 18^th Septemberwith potential for permanent transition

• Hours:MondayFriday Typical business hours (approx. 8:00am4:30pm)

Youll be the key link between customers and the service team ensuring the smooth coordination of repairs and service operations. This is a hands-on fast-paced role where organisation and communication are critical.

• Coordinating service and repair bookings work orders and timelines
• Acting as the main point of contact for customers providing updates on repairs
• Liaising with technicians warehouse staff and internal teams
• Preparing and processing quotes service paperwork and documentation
• Managing warranty claims and assessing repair history
• Supporting inventory control receipting and warehouse processes
• Handling customer enquiries complaints and troubleshooting issues
• Providing administrative support to the service and repair team

• Previous experience in customer service service coordination or a similar role
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and multitask
• Confident communication skills with a customer-first mindset
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Intermediate computer skills and strong administrative ability
• Mechanical aptitude or exposure to service/repair environments (desirable)
