FOH Functions & Events Manager

The Fresh Collective are looking for an experienced and passionate FOH Functions & Events Manager to manage the front of house operations at our events.

We hosts a variety of amazing functions & events such as weddings cocktail parties corporate and private events.

This position is driven by delivering exceptional experiences in some of Sydneys most iconic venues & offsite events.

THE ROLE

• Deliver exceptional experiences across a diverse range of functions & events
• This role reports to the Director of Event Operations
• Oversee events from set up through to sequence of service to pack down
• Lead & supervise a team of experienced event waiters and bartenders
• Work 5 days per week on a 7-day rotating roster
• Work closely with our logistics culinary and event teams to deliver the events

ESSENTIALS

• Extensive experience across the hospitality industry supervisory and event experienceis highly regarded
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Motivated by delivering an exceptional guest experiences
• Organised with good time management and administrative skills
• Valid RSA
• Fulltime Australian working rights
