This is a hands-on varied role suited to someone who enjoys the full spectrum of level 1 support from device deployment through to day-to-day user support.
About the Role
Youll provide Level 1 Service Desk support to the business with responsibilities spanning device imaging and deployment mobile device management and Active Directory user account administration alongside general troubleshooting and support requests.
Essential Skills & Experience
PC imaging and device deployment
Mobile Device Management (MDM)
Active Directory setting up and managing user accounts
Level 1 Service Desk support experience
Working knowledge of Windows and M365
Basic understanding of networking concepts
