Looking to kick-start or grow your IT support career with a stable well-established organisation Our client a manufacturing business based in Perths Eastern suburbs has an immediate opportunity for a Service Desk Analyst to join their IT team.

This is a hands-on varied role suited to someone who enjoys the full spectrum of level 1 support from device deployment through to day-to-day user support.

About the Role

Youll provide Level 1 Service Desk support to the business with responsibilities spanning device imaging and deployment mobile device management and Active Directory user account administration alongside general troubleshooting and support requests.

Essential Skills & Experience

  • PC imaging and device deployment
  • Mobile Device Management (MDM)
  • Active Directory setting up and managing user accounts
  • Level 1 Service Desk support experience
  • Working knowledge of Windows and M365
  • Basic understanding of networking concepts
