A bit about your role
The Senior Workflow Performance Specialist partners with Field Services stakeholders and operational partners to drive performance outcomes through data-driven insights governance and continuous improvement initiatives. The role monitors and analyses performance trends across customer production and productivity measures translating complex data into clear performance narratives for senior leaders. By fostering collaboration identifying opportunities and risks implementing effective workflow controls and leading improvement initiatives across people processes and systems the role supports operational excellence accountability innovation and a high-performing customer-focused culture.
A bit about you
The ideal candidate brings a strong background in performance management workflow delivery and stakeholder engagement supported by qualifications in technology engineering business systems or equivalent industry experience. They combine expertise in field workforce and workflow management with a proven ability to lead business transformation innovation and systems improvement initiatives in complex environments. With a growth mindset and passion for continuous learning they leverage data technology and industry trends to deliver outcomes and drive operational excellence. The role requires exceptional communication collaboration influencing and problem-solving skills along with the ability to build trusted relationships guide stakeholders prioritise effectively and foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
