Key Responsibilities:
- Candidate should have experience in custom coding in Java to build custom tools
- Implement Performance Tuning solutions and road map for the platform
- Develop Nonfunctional requirements for new and old platform
- Experience in Capacity planning
- Experience in Chaos engineering and SRE
- Hands on experience in various performance tuning tools
- Lead the design development and execution of performance test plans and test cases for Big Data Payments solutions and for multi cloud and third-party applications
- Oversee the analysis of performance test results to identify bottlenecks performance issues and areas for optimization.
- Collaborate with development DevOps and data engineering teams to implement performance improvements.
- Develop and maintain automated performance testing scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
- Conduct performance tuning and optimization of ETL processes and data pipelines.
- Utilize Microsoft Azure PaaS services including Azure Synapse Analytics Azure Spark Cosmos DB and Azure Data Lake (Azure ELZ) for performance testing and optimization.
- Work with Cloudera Big Data technologies Payments Channel Kafka micro services Teradata and Oracle to assess and enhance performance.
- Manage batch processes and scheduling using Control-M scheduler.
- Provide detailed performance analysis reports and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Mentor and guide team members on performance testing methodologies tools and best practices.
- Ensure all testing activities comply with industry standards and best practices.

- Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
