About the role
As a Senior Support Coordinator in theSpecialist Services Team you will have responsibility for leading a team whilst carrying a reduced caseload. This permanent full-time position is crucial within the organisation and is suited to an experienced and highly organised individual who has a passion for helping others.
You will support positive engagement with stakeholders including families service providers health professionals and Planners. You will mentor the Support Coordinators in your team to provide the highest possible quality service to our participants and promote a positive and supportive team culture.
About You
Demonstrated knowledge of the NDIS and what it means for participants
Experience with Support Coordination and a thorough knowledge of the NDIS
Previous leadership experience that involves staff supervision
Previous experience in community services disability employment services mental health services or similar
Time management skills to effectively manage workload and meet deadlines
High level of interpersonal skills including the ability to develop and maintain relationships within a team with participants across service providers and with various stakeholders
Demonstrated competence in general computer applications
