International expansion is a core growth pillar for Didi and Australia and New Zealand stand as our frontier markets to achieve breakthroughs in developed economies. As a key link connecting the platform and drivers the ANZ Supply Growth Team oversees full-lifecycle operations including driver recruitment re-engagement conversion and retention. From the perspective of overall market supply-demand and competition we identify growth opportunities and design high-efficiency strategies. We also work closely with product & R&D local marketing customer service and safety teams to iterate products and operational strategies boost conversion rates build a sustainable vehicle supply ecosystem and fuel steady business growth.
