Senior Strategy Associate

This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Strategy Associate to work across strategy and M&A within the Group Strategy team of our ASX listed company.

Youll support Endeavour Group in the development of strategic plans and projects for the Group and within our business units targeting areas that represent the most significant sources of profitable growth for the company which are outside BAU and which require additional resources to accelerate thinking and delivery.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:

• Perform complex analysis and extract insights from that analysis
• Develop actionable insights by conducting data driven analysis to support senior decision making across the business
• Monitor market trends and the competitive landscape to help identify competitive threats and new business opportunities
• Create written communication materials to deliver insights and analysis
• Project manage parts of projects and/or transactions
• Work with stakeholders across the business including senior leadership to define business challenges and opportunities
• Assist in structuring problems and defining the plans of action to solve them
• Influence key stakeholders to deliver impactful change
• Assist with evaluating M&A opportunities across Endeavour Group
• Assist in any M&A processes including coordination and compilation of the due diligence on potential investments and managing advisors

Qualifications :

Now lets talk about you: 

• 4-6 years of experience in strategy consultancy corporate strategy investment banking private equity or a similar relevant field
• Ability to work and excel in a high performing team environment
• Outstanding academic record and social achievements
• Demonstrated ability to manage projects or transaction processes or workstreams within 
• Experience in quantitative modelling
• Superb written and oral communication with excellent interpersonal skills and ability to influence across an organisation
• Consumer market experience and/or retail experience is an advantage
• Experience and knowledge of strategic problem solving and frameworks
