What youll be doing
- Mentor coach and formally supervise junior Speech Pathologists.
- Deliver evidence-based therapy across home school and community settings.
- Complete assessments and develop meaningful individualised therapy goals.
- Collaborate with Occupational Therapists Psychologists Physiotherapists and Behaviour Support Practitioners.
- Help build a positive clinical culture where clinicians genuinely enjoy coming to work.

- Are a Certified Practicing Speech Pathologist.
- Have NDIS experience.
- Enjoy mentoring and developing other clinicians.
- Are passionate about evidence-based practice and leadership.
