In this role youll:

Working as part of a team delivering the development reform and implementation of strategic motorway and tolling policies that shape the future direction of the NSW toll road network

This role will see you lead complex motorway and tolling policy reform drive implementation of tolling reforms and relief schemes provide highlevel strategic policy advice to senior executives and Ministers oversee tolling data analytics and modelling undertake impact and risk assessments and represent the Motorways Strategy team in senior policy forums and stakeholder engagements.

You will lead evidencebased strategic tolling policy outcomes and reform initiatives in a politically sensitive environment balancing affordability revenue sustainability customer equity and competing stakeholder interests.

About you

Your demonstrated experience leading strategic or operational policy reform strong analytical capability using modelling pricing and performance data and ability to influence senior stakeholders formed across transport infrastructure or other regulated policy environments will see you translate complex demand pricing and customer insights into defensible and implementable policy settings manage regulatory obligations and drive reform delivery to lead to sustainable transparent and equitable toll road network outcomes.

Youre recognized as an authoritative strategic policy specialist skilled at developing and reforming complex motorway and tolling policies experienced in policy implementation regulatory reporting senior stakeholder engagement and navigating complex publicsector governance environments.
