We are currently seeking an Senior Property Manager to join our dynamic team.

About the Role

As a Senior Property Manager at Landmark Group you will take ownership of our residential portfolio to ensure smooth operation of the division. You will deliver exceptional service to tenantsowners and stakeholders while assisting with the day-to-day operations leasing administration and maintenance coordination.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage tenancy agreements including termination notices bond lodgements and initial fundpayments.
  • Monitor arrears and oversee rent negotiations
  • Coordinate leasing activities such as open for inspections and tenant letting
  • Manage property advertising on website portals
  • Conduct ingoing outgoing and routine inspections with preparation of comprehensive reports
  • Oversee repairs and maintenance in collaboration with the After Care team
  • Ensure compliance with fire inspections and other safety protocols
  • Manage water usage accounts and retrieval of funds from tenants
  • Deliver high-quality tenant experiences and maintain updated residents manuals.

About You

  • 5 years experience in property management real estate
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast-paced environment
  • A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with property management software is a plus
  • Experience working with Affordable Housing preferred but not essential.
