This opportunity is ideal for either an experienced Senior Property Manager or a confident Property Manager ready to step into a senior role. With the support of a full-time Assistant Property Manager youll be able to delegate routine administration and inspections allowing you to focus on landlord relationships and providing an outstanding customer experience.

• Previous residential Property Management experience
  
• Current QLD Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
  
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
  
• Excellent organisation skills with strong attention to detail
