Job Summary
You will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of assigned projects ensuring outcomes are achieved from initiation through to implementation. Youll work closely with stakeholders to provide clear consultative guidance build alignment and secure buy-in at all levels.
This is a highly customer-facing role requiring strong communication skills exceptional attention to detail and the ability to operate confidently in a fast-paced evolving environment. You will apply a blend of waterfall iterative and agile delivery approaches depending on project requirements and outcomes.

As ourSenior Project Manager you will put our values up in lights by delivering these activities and outcomes:
- Lead the full lifecycle delivery of customer-facing and internal technology projects
- Own project governance scope timelines risks dependencies and delivery outcomes
- Engage with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and successful execution
- Provide clear consultative advice to leadership and project sponsors to support decision-making and buy-in
- Manage competing priorities across multiple concurrent projects
- Drive structured delivery using appropriate methodologies (Waterfall Agile Hybrid)
- Ensure high-quality reporting documentation and communication across all phases
- Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Support continuous improvement across project delivery practices
