The Opportunity:
Ultra Building Co. is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the delivery of a $106M commercial project in Fortitude Valley.

The Role:
You will take full responsibility for project delivery including:
- Leading site project and commercial teams
- Managing programme procurement and sequencing
- Overseeing budget performance and commercial outcomes
- Coordinating clients consultants and subcontractors
- Driving high standards across quality safety and execution
This is a true leadership role with visibility accountability and influence.
About You:
Youre an established Senior Project Manager with:
- Experience delivering large-scale commercial projects ($90M)
- The ability to manage complexity with confidence and control
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management capability
- A track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
You take ownership make decisions and lead with intent.
