The Role

Were looking for a driven and commercially astute Senior Project Manager to lead delivery of large scale civil earthworks projects across Sydney with packages valued at $20 million and above.

Reporting to the Construction Manager this is more than a delivery role its about ownership.

Youll take projects from award through to completion leading teams driving performance and ensuring every project reflects the Solutions Plus standard. Theres a genuine pathway through to Construction Manager for the right person along with real autonomy strong executive support and the opportunity to influence outcomes not just report on them.

• Full lifecycle delivery of civil earthworks projects valued at $20 million and above
• Safety first site leadership
• Program cost and margin control

• Strong subcontractor management

What Were Looking For

• Proven Senior Project Management experience delivering civil earthworks packages at scale including bulk earthworks remediation drainage subdivision civil works and site regeneration
• At least 3 years experience as a Project Manager delivering similar projects within Australia
• Strong commercial and financial discipline
• Full Australian working rights
• Clear confident leadership style
• Solutions focused mindset
• Someone who lifts the standard around them
