Job Description Summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to join our Project & Development Services team in Canberra. This role leads highvalue capital works projects and supports major operational changes across diverse client portfolios.

As a Senior Project Manager you will oversee the delivery of complex projects across sectors including Commercial Industrial Retail Aged Care Education Mining Health Hospitality Agribusiness and Defence. You will manage endtoend project lifecycles ensuring quality compliance and exceptional client outcomes.

NV1 Clearance preferred

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage highvalue projects from inception to completion

• Develop and maintain project budgets schedules and reporting

• Coordinate consultants contractors and internal stakeholders

• Provide expert guidance aligned with the C&W PM Framework

• Prepare documentation across all project phases (concept to construction)

• Support business development and client presentations

• Mentor and guide junior project staff

• Ensure compliance with government regulations and internal governance

About You

• Degree in Engineering Architecture Construction Management or related field

• 7 years experience in project management within construction/engineering

• 3 years supervisory or teamlead experience

• Strong communication leadership and clientfacing capability

• Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder environments

• Experience delivering largescale capital works programs
