Are you a passionate Senior Project Engineer wanting a strong ownership across delivery on a major wastewater infrastructure project

The everyday stuff

• Overall responsibility for the smooth running and performance of your project
• Work alongside a talented Site Supervisor and ensure he and his crew have everything they require
• Manage the interface with client representatives and any associated consultants
• Manage upstream Contractual liaison and negotiation
• Cost and productivity tracking and recommending changes
• Tracking forecasting and reporting of financial and program performance as required
• Compilation and submission of monthly claim and associated interaction
• Ensure teams compliance with drawings and specifications QA/QC Standards
• Provide technical support and feedback regarding specifications drawings and design as required
• Undergo site inspections and comply with hold point

About you

• You are a Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree graduate.
• You are comfortable as the Lead Engineer or PM on complex Infrastructure projects.
• Concrete Structures Bridges large Culverts etc are a real passion of yours.
• Your reputation for performance and professionalism precedes you and your colleagues advocate for your talent.
• You are professional punctual presentable and personable.
• You are proud of your ability to be organised and systematic with credibility that underpins your technical advice.
• Self-motivated and accountable you dont require micromanaging; in fact you thrive with autonomy.
• You consider yourself a sponge with natural curiosity you strive to improve grow and develop.
• You possess natural leadership skills and the ability to build and lead effective teams.
• You take enormous pride in your work and focus on delivering high quality outcomes
• You are not a salesperson but you have an ability to influence negotiate and delegate effectively.
