Senior Project Analyst

As part of a conditional binding agreement to acquire another Australian payment services provider subject to regulatory approvals we are looking for a Senior Project Analyst to join our Program team. 

As the Senior Project Analyst you willprovide oversight and support for the effective delivery of the project workstreams outputs and products ensuring that each project stream within the broader program is executed successfully. 

Youll be responsible fordriving the achievement of strategicobjectivesand benefitsmaintainingdelivery within budget on schedule and to the required standard of quality in alignment with Cuscals Project Management and Project Investment Governance and Execution Frameworks.  

Youll also make an impact by: 

• Maintainintegration governance with clear controls to manage progress risksissues dependenciesassumptionsand resources. 
• Coordinate integration tasks with Program outcomessynergy culture and operationsunder direction from the Program Director and Integration Lead. 
• Provide a consistent and precise overview of integration progress enabling effective change management and informed decision-makingregardinglegacy systems processes and priorities. 
• Apply best practiceprojectgovernanceframeworksappropriate tothe Programand ensure data hygiene acrossprogram Confluence. 
• Collaborate with both internal and external teams to develop plans aligned with the agreed scope of work and manage stakeholders and their expectations.  
• Manage executive reporting cadence to track integration milestonessynergytargets and risk indicators using RAG status and clear stakeholder communication(as needed and applicable to the workstream). 
• Ensure adherence to projectgovernanceframeworks templates and methodologies to drive quality delivery. 
• Support Program budgetmanagement includingsynergytracking transition costsforecastingcontingencyand resourceutilizationto ensure alignment with financial plans. 
• Review business cases funding proposals and change requests for completeness and alignment with scope schedule and resource needs 

Qualifications :

What youll bring 

Youve got an inquisitive nature with the ability to see the bigger picture; youve got excellent communication skills and are detail orientated. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about Agile ways of working.  

To succeed in this role youll have: 

• 5 years of experience performing end to end projectgovernance (PMO)of complex initiatives covering business technology and vendor engagement involving multiple industry stakeholders and multi delivery streams of work 
• Experience of structured project methodologies tools and recognised project management disciplines overseeing quality assurance andchange processes and practises. 
• Exceptional organisation skills and are skilled in influencing guiding and facilitating stakeholders and peers with decision making  
• Tertiary education/degree equivalent and have Prince2/PMP or equivalent  

Although not required the following experience would be highly desirable:  

• Experience with mergers and acquisitions or in fast-growing environment. 
• Financial Services experience in payments and banking.
