Job Summary
Senior Programs Officer Clerk Grade: 9/10 Annual Salary Range: $133348 - $146945 plus Superannuation Employment Type: Ongoing Full-time Location:Sydney CBD close to Museum Station (hybrid).Youllbe office-based a minimum of 5 days per fortnight for full-time roles (pro-rata for part-time) with the remaining days worked flexibly as agreed. Drive programs that improve outcomes forinjured people across NSW Are you a skilled program or projectprofessional who wants to make a genuine impact in peoples lives At the Independent Review Office (IRO)youll help deliver programs that improve how injured people access andexperience support within the NSW workers compensation and CTP schemes. This role is ideal for someone who thrivesin a complex purpose-driven environment and is motivated by publicsector values of integrity trust service and accountability. Aboutthe role As a Senior Program Officer you willmanage a portfolio of projects that deliver real improvements to servicesprocesses and outcomes for injured people. Youll work across a diverse range ofinitiatives bringing structure insight and leadership to ensure programs andprojects are delivered on time on budget and with impact. You will manage and monitor the performanceof a grants funding program and associated projects to ensure integration andalignment with organisational objectives and optimise outcomes for injuredworkers.
