Whats the role
This role sits within the Personal Loans portfolio and is responsible for defined areas of the product partnerships and risk landscape. You will lead the endtoend management of product features pricing partnerships and performance working across Product Technology Risk Operations and external partners. The role involves using customer performance and market data to inform decisions drive product improvements and deliver outcomes aligned to commercial targets and regulatory requirements.
This is a fulltime role based in Sydney on Gadigal land.
What do I need
- Experience leading product lifecycle activities including roadmap pricing features and optimisation in a regulated environment
- Ability to use customer performance and market data to inform strategic product decisions and prioritisation
- Experience managing or influencing risk credit policy or regulatory requirements within lending or financial services
- Demonstrated capability leading crossfunctional delivery across product technology risk and operations teams
- Strong analytical capability with the ability to translate data into insights and influence senior stakeholders
