Whats the role

This role sits within the Personal Loans portfolio and is responsible for leading key areas of the product partnerships and risk landscape. You will lead the end-to-end management of product features pricing strategic partnerships and portfolio performance working across Product Technology Risk Operations and external partners.

A key focus of the role is identifying developing and optimising partnership opportunities that support customer growth improve customer outcomes and deliver commercial value. You will work closely with existing and prospective partners to shape propositions influence strategic priorities and ensure partnership initiatives are successfully delivered.

The role involves using customer performance and market data to inform decisions drive product and partnership improvements and deliver outcomes aligned to commercial targets and regulatory requirements.

This is a full-time role based in Sydney..

What do I need

  • Experience leading product lifecycle activities including roadmap development pricing proposition management and optimisation in a regulated environment.
  • Demonstrated experience building managing or influencing strategic partnerships and delivering mutually beneficial commercial outcomes.
  • Ability to identify partnership opportunities and translate customer performance and market insights into growth initiatives.
  • Experience using customer performance and market data to inform strategic product decisions and prioritisation.
  • Experience managing or influencing risk credit policy or regulatory requirements within lending or financial services.
  • Demonstrated capability leading cross-functional delivery across product technology risk operations and partner organisations.
  • Strong commercial and analytical capability with the ability to translate insights into action and influence senior stakeholders.
