Job Summary

Here is a great role well suited to an experienced Property Manager looking for long term stability no office politics drama or micro management. Offering a clean and tidy portfolio of 130 properties which has had the same Property Manager overseeing it for many years you will work alongside 1 other Property Manager with a similar sized portfolio.

A stable business covering sales and property management the selling Principal has taken an intentionally boutique approach in recent years to create a healthy and stable working environment for their longstanding experienced team. Whilst being unlikely to offer career progression this role does provide a healthy salary flexibility trust autonomy and complete respect for the job that you do and the backing and support as and when you need it.

To be successful you will be a self starter and diligent Property Manager who enjoys doing the job the right way. As a Property Manager who enjoys full portfolio management you will be trusted to make the job your own with an expectation of providing both tenant and landlord a quality service with clear and timely communication.

Requirements
  • At least 2 years experience as a Property Manager
  • Current Real Estate Certificate and Driving License
  • Self starter comfortable managing your own portfolio without supervision
  • Culture Focused - Get to know the team join in with team events and celebrations
  • Strong with property management procedures and legislation
  • Experience managing high net worth/multi property landlords / high end properties (preferred but not essential)
