The opportunity

Were hiring a Senior Product Designer at Netwealth

Over the last 18 months weve been building an internal Product Design team from the ground up. What was once largely outsourced is now becoming a strategic capability at the centre of how we discover shape and deliver products for advisers and their clients.

Were now looking for a Senior Product Designer to join the team in Melbourne.

This isnt a role for someone who just wants to make screens look good.

Were looking for a designer who loves understanding customer problems shaping opportunities alongside Product and Engineering and turning complexity into experiences that genuinely improve peoples working lives.

What youll be doing

• Leading discovery and research activities with financial advisers

• Helping shape product strategy not just executing requirements

• Partnering closely with Product Managers and Engineers as part of a product trio

• Using evidence experimentation and customer insight to influence decisions

• Coaching and lifting the capability of other designers through feedback and collaboration

Youll probably be a good fit if you

• Have 5 years designing digital products

• Are comfortable moving from research and strategy into detailed interaction design

• Can facilitate conversations challenge assumptions and influence stakeholders

• Care deeply about customer outcomes and measurable impact

• Enjoy working in ambiguity and helping teams find clarity
