Whats the role

This is a permanent full-time opportunity with flexibility to be based in Sydney / Warrane Gadigal Country Melbourne / Naarm Wurundjeri Country or Brisbane / Mian jin Turrbal and Jagera Country.

At Westpac Private Bank were more than financial partners. Were trusted advisers to high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients and their families. As a Senior Private Lending Manager youll help deliver tailored lending solutions that support significant life and business ambitions.

Youll work closely with Private Wealth Bankers Relationship Directors and Credit teams taking ownership of the end-to-end lending process. From building trusted client relationships and analysing financial positions to structuring bespoke lending solutions and overseeing seamless execution youll play a critical role in delivering exceptional outcomes. Youll also contribute to our hyper care model providing expert support for high value business critical transactions.

What do I need

• Experience delivering lending solutions for high net worth and ultra-high net worth clients or demonstrated expertise in consumer lending within a commercial banking environment
• Strong financial analysis and credit assessment capability
• Ability to structure complex lending solutions tailored to individual client needs
• Excellent relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
• A customer first mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding experiences
