Senior Pricing Specialist

Grow your pricing governance expertise while improving systems processes and customer outcomes across a collaborative insurance function with broad stakeholder impact.

About the Role

Join the Pricing Delivery & Operations team which manages delivery standards and operational governance across Pricing & Analytics. You will support the effective delivery of price changes by coordinating requests maintaining governance processes and improving key technical assets. Working with pricing product technology and risk teams you will help strengthen controls reporting and audit readiness. You will also apply business analysis AI tools and workflow automation to streamline activities improve stakeholder visibility and support better customer outcomes.

What Youll Do

• Manage requests through the Pricing Delivery & Operations mailbox to support timely price change delivery
• Coordinate pricing activities and help stakeholders follow Price Change Diary governance requirements
• Document test and improve operational processes controls and governance artefacts
• Apply AI tools prompts and workflow automation to improve reporting productivity and audit readiness
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions across technical and business teams
• Maintain team SharePoint content and support business continuity and change management activities

What Youll Bring

• At least one year of experience in project coordination business analysis or process design
• Strong organisation and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage work independently
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications including SharePoint and Microsoft Teams
• Practical experience using AI tools responsible AI practices prompts automation or analytics support
• Clear written and verbal communication stakeholder collaboration and facilitation skills
• Insurance experience or relevant project delivery or business training is desirable
