Whats the role
Youll be joining Everyday Banking where the work you do shapes how millions of customers experience everyday banking. As a Senior Pricing Manager you will be accountable for meeting balance growth and margin objectives through various channels.
Collaborating with colleagues across Treasury Product Risk Compliance Technology and Distribution teams you will lead the development and execution of pricing strategies influence portfolio performance and help lead strategic initiatives that drive growth and profitability.
Additionally you will manage bespoke pricing across channels within the appropriate frameworks and provide training on deposit pricing.
What do I need
- Depth of product knowledge (deposit/investment products).
- Ability to collaborate within a team environment to drive outcomes.
- Ability to identify and analyse information from a variety of sources to generate and validate decision making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders.
- Customer-centric focus and excellent attention to detail.
- Demonstrated track record delivering complex initiatives in a fastpaced environment.
