Whats the role
Youll shape how Westpac manages key categories across Banking Services including but not limited to Valuations Title Searches Cash ATMs and Debt Collections developing thoughtful category strategies and leading sourcing activities that deliver sustainable value.
Working closely with business partners youll explore market insights understand requirements identify commercial opportunities and lead negotiations. Youll build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners while supporting strong contract management responsible sourcing and risk outcomes.
This is a full time hybrid opportunity based in Sydney / Warrane Gadigal Country.
What do I need
Experience developing and delivering category management or strategic sourcing solutions
Strong commercial negotiation and contract management skills
Ability to build trusted relationships and collaborate with a broad range of stakeholders
Experience managing supplier relationships third party risk and governance requirements
Strategic thinking and commercial judgement with the ability to deliver complex initiatives
