About the Role

Lead practice quality across Victorias Out of Home Care team from Geelong. Reporting to the Regional Director Child Youth & Families you will coach teams strengthen evidence-based practice and support better outcomes across foster care and residential care. Full-time six-month max-term with a view to extend.

Duties

• Lead and coach teams across foster and residential care programs
• Strengthen client voice and participation in service delivery
• Advise managers on legislation standards and practice issues
• Deliver training clinical supervision and practice improvement support
• Monitor quality fidelity risks compliance and accreditation readiness

Skills & Experience

• Psychology Social Work or related tertiary qualification
• Eligible for AASW or Psychology Board of Australia registration
• Leadership experience in child protection or human services
• Clinical supervision experience with social workers or psychologists
• Current drivers licence and relevant probity checks
