Senior Payroll Consultant Move Beyond BAU Payroll

In this role youll partner with businesses across Australia lead payroll transformation projects and become a trusted advisor.

Working with a highly regarded payroll consulting team youll help organisations improve their payroll operations implement leading payroll technologies and deliver solutions that make a real impact.

What youll be doing

• Partner with clients across a variety of industries including Mining Oil & Gas and Professional Services to review improve and transform payroll operations.
• Support end-to-end payroll system implementations and transformation projects.
• Analyse payroll processes and recommend best-practice solutions.
• Configure and support payroll technology platforms.
• Assist with data migration testing reporting and go-live activities.
• Deliver training and support to clients throughout project delivery.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Change Managers to ensure successful outcomes.

What were looking for

• Solid end-to-end payroll experience with a strong understanding of payroll legislation and best practice.
• Experience working on payroll projects system implementations or process improvement initiatives is highly regarded.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• A passion for payroll technology and continuous improvement.
• Experience with payroll systems such as SAP SuccessFactors Dayforce or Workday will be highly regarded.
