Senior Partnerships Manager

In this role you will:

• Shape joint partnership strategies that drive sustainable growth and shared long-term value.
• Deliver strategic initiatives that strengthen member engagement insurance propositions and digital experiences.
• Build trusted partner relationships that align priorities and advance shared goals.
• Negotiate commercial outcomes that balance partner objectives member value and TALs performance.
• Champion service excellence by ensuring commitments business plans and service standards are met.
• Influence stakeholders to resolve issues deliver change and achieve positive partnership outcomes.

Qualifications :

• Bring at least five years experience in the superannuation sector with sound knowledge of group life insurance highly regarded
• Build trusted relationships and collaborate confidently with partners and stakeholders.
• Apply strong commercial judgement and an understanding of group insurance products and pricing.
• Analyse complex information and develop practical well-considered solutions.
• Communicate clearly and present ideas effectively to a range of audiences.
• Create positive client experiences through a responsive customer-focused approach.
