The role

This is a rare opportunity to make a difference at scale as a Senior Partner Leadership Development shaping how leaders grow across the Department. Working closely with business leaders and People and Culture teams youll design and deliver practical leadership and talent development programs tools and experiences that build capability strengthen performance and support future talent pipelines across the organisation.

Youll build strong partnerships influence decision-makers and connect leadership development with real business outcomes. From facilitating engaging learning experiences and coaching solutions to improving leadership frameworks and measuring impact youll help create leadership experiences that work better together grow skills and make a lasting difference for our people and the communities we serve.

What you will bring to the role

• Experience designing developing and project managing leadership development programs that build capability and create meaningful outcomes for people and the organisation.
• Strong knowledge of contemporary adult learning practices with the ability to create engaging practical learning experiences that support real-world growth.
• The ability to work at pace in a complex environment confidently managing competing priorities while maintaining a focus on quality outcomes.
• Confident facilitation and presentation skills with experience leading workshops and learning experiences that connect meaningfully with diverse audiences.
• Experience in talent management and succession planning with a passion for growing future leaders and strengthening organisational capability.

What is an essential requirement:

• Tertiary qualifications in leadership management or organisational psychology organisational development learning and development adult education and/or equivalent experience.
• Current NSW Driver Licence and the ability to travel overnight.
