About the Role

As a key OT you will:

  • Manage a community-based caseload aligned to your clinical interests and experience
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments across emotional cognitive developmental psychosocial and physical domains
  • Develop and implement individualised evidence-based therapy plans
  • Provide environmental modification recommendations for homes schools workplaces and supported living environments
  • Prescribe and support the implementation of Assistive Technology (AT) to promote independence and participation
  • Work collaboratively with families support coordinators and other health professionals
  • Ensure compliance with NDIS guidelines and relevant legislation

Qualifications :

What Youll Bring

  • Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
  • 35 years of post-graduate experience ideally within disability or community settings
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with complex presentations
  • A proactive client-centred approach and desire to help grow local services
  • Ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a team culture
  • Interest in a preferred caseload area (e.g. paediatrics complex needs functional capacity assessments) well tailor this together
