Senior Marketing & Team Assistant

We are seeking a high-performing professional who is ready to take the next step in their career by supporting the Head of Sydney North Sales market this pivotal role youll take ownership of a broad range of responsibilities providing high-level support that contributes directly to the success of the North Sydney Commercial Sales team and wider business.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinate marketing campaigns and create marketing materials using InDesign Canva and PowerPoint.
• Support the National Director and team of agents to produce agency documents for sales transactions.
• Prepare and manage correspondence reports presentations and sale proposal.
• Support agents in meeting tight deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Manage meeting logistics including agendas action items and minutes.
• Handle billing invoicing and expense claims.

Qualifications :

• Demonstrated experience in a similar role preferably within the Real Estate or Property sector.
• Experience using Indesign and Canvas is strongly preferred.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong time management and ability to multi-task.
• Professional communication skills.
