As the Senior Manager Retail Media Data and Insights you will transform how MixIn measures understands and communicates retail media performance by establishing a best-in-class measurement and Post Campaign Analysis (PCA) capability. 

In this senior fixed-term transformation role you will act as MixIns authority on measurement defining target-state analytics automating reporting processes and converting complex campaign data into actionable insights for advertisers.

Here is a taster of what you can expect in this role:

• Define MixIns target-state retail media measurement and PCA capability including the measures data technology processes and ways of working required.
• Partner with the relevant squads Data & Insights Technology and Platform & Operations teams to design build test and implement the required capability.
• Own MixIns end-to-end PCA capability from measurement design and data through to reporting insight and advertiser-ready outputs.
• Be MixIns go-to expert for campaign performance and measurement questions interrogating data to understand what happened why it happened and what should happen next.
• Turn complex datasets into clear actionable and commercially valuable insights for advertisers agencies and internal stakeholders.
• Build measurement processes and tools that are simple repeatable and scalable reducing unnecessary manual effort over time.

Qualifications :

Now lets talk about you: 

• Experience in retail media measurement media analytics marketing effectiveness customer analytics or advanced commercial analytics.
• Prior experience with Quantium is desirable.
• Strong technical fluency with large and complex datasets analytics tools and data environments.
• Experience working with Data Technology or engineering teams to design build test and implement analytics or measurement solutions.
• Ability to communicate complex methodologies and findings to senior non-technical and external audiences.
• Strong commercial judgement and ability to connect measurement outcomes to advertiser and business decisions.
