The role
- Full Time Continuing
- Level 9 - $132740 to $140258 pa (plus 17% superannuation)
- Bathurst or Wagga Wagga (Hybrid)
You will lead a multidisciplinary team of passionate professionals dedicated to delivering high-quality client-focused services and innovative solutions. This role plays a key part in driving continuous process improvement ensuring services evolve in line with industry standards and emerging practices across the university.
As Senior Manager Client Services and Computing you will foster a strong service-oriented culture enabling teams to deliver outcomes aligned with Charles Sturts goals and strategic plan.
You will have accountability for Tier 1 and Tier 2 Information Technology support and processes with involvement in procurement and provisioning of IT equipment for staff and Charles Sturt teaching and meeting spaces.
About you
- Extensive experience in managing motivating and leading a team building cohesion and setting common goals to achieve high performance and continually developing knowledge and capabilities
- Demonstrated ability to initiate lead and promote customer-focused support services in a distributed IT environment with a large user base
- Eagerness to learn and quickly grasp technical knowledge needed to connect customer requirements with team service and support accountabilities
- Demonstrated commitment in developing and maintaining valuable relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
