Senior Manager

As a leading specialist domestic and family violence service Womens Safety Services SA (WSSSA) delivers high quality client-centered support to women and children while advocating for safer communities and systemic change.

THE ROLE

The Senior Manager is responsible for the strategic oversight leadership and performance of programs within their portfolio. Working under the direction of the Director of services the role plays a key part in aligning operations service delivery with organisational priorities and strategic objectives.

ABOUT YOU

You are an experienced and values driven leader with a strong track record of leading high performing teams and delivering quality client-centered services within a complex community service environment.

To be successful in this role you will demonstrate:

• Proven experience leading motivating and setting direction for teams to achieve high level of individual and organisation performance.
• Experience developing and implementing strategic initiatives operational systems policies and practice frameworks that support effective service delivery and continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated ability to develop manage and evaluate quality services for adults and children experiencing domestic and family violence.
• Strong leadership communication and stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to influence positive outcomes across a range of settings.
• A commitment to trauma informed culturally safe and client focused practice.

You will hold a degree level qualification in Social Work or a tertiary qualification in Social Science Community Service Psychology Counselling or other relevant qualification with extensive experience commensurate with the position.
