Senior L&D Systems Advisor
Job Summary
Location: Brisbane (work from home 2 days a week)

We are looking for a Senior L&D Systems Advisor to play a key role in maintaining optimising and enhancing our Learning Management Systems (LMS) ensuring our people have access to reliable learning solutions and accurate training data.
In this role youll combine your technical expertise analytical capability and stakeholder management skills to provide system administration governance reporting and learner support across our learning systems environment. Based within the Learning & Development Governance team youll help drive continuous improvement compliance and system performance while supporting business-wide learning outcomes.
About the Role
Reporting to the Lead L&D Governance you will:
- Lead the administration and maintenance of learner profiles and system data integrity.
- Monitor identify and resolve system issues to improve reliability and learner experience.
- Provide technical support and advice to LMS users across the business.
- Support governance audit readiness compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Coordinate system maintenance upgrades and enhancement activities.
- Develop and improve reporting dashboards (PowerBI) and system controls.
- Analyse data trends and provide recommendations for system and process improvements.
- Support integrations between the LMS and related systems.
- Develop user guides training resources and system documentation.
- Deliver training and advice on LMS functionality to internal stakeholders.
About You
You are a systems-focused professional who enjoys solving problems working with data and partnering with stakeholders to improve business outcomes.
To be successful you will ideally bring:
- A strong IT or systems administration background.
- Experience working with Learning Management Systems preferably SuccessFactors LMS.
- Experience with SAP and related enterprise systems.
- Strong reporting and data analysis skills including advanced Excel capability.
- Experience managing large volume data migration data integrity including cleansing troubleshooting system issues and supporting end users.
- The ability to analyse risks identify trends and recommend practical improvements.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
- Experience working with external vendors and service providers.
