Reporting to theHead of Design Innovation this role offers the opportunity to lead design initiatives manage FF&E and finishes and contribute to strategic projects across greenfield and brownfield The Role:Collaborating with internal and external clients to develop and refine design briefsResolving design challenges and incorporating feedbackReviewing documentation for new and existing sitesDetailing joinery FF&E and presentation boardsPresenting designs to residents and stakeholdersAttending project meetings and supporting delivery and fit-outContributing to strategic initiatives and business casesSupporting internal and external design teamsBuilding and maintaining strong relationships with residents suppliers and team membersAbout You:Youre a creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a strong eye for detail.
