Senior Infrastructure Business Analyst
Job Summary
The Technical Business Analyst (Infrastructure) plays a key role in bridging stakeholders and delivery teams translating complex business and technical requirements and processes into clear implementable solutions across mainframe infrastructure and platform initiatives ensuring outcomes are aligned to enterprise standards and delivered effectively within large-scale environments.
- Lead the elicitation analysis and documentation of requirements across mainframe infrastructure platform
- Translate existing business processes and technical needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements for the solution designers and delivery teams
- Define current and future state capabilities including infrastructure processes operating models and system interactions
- Capture and document requirements working closely with mainframe delivery and operation teams to ensure alignment
- Partner with stakeholders to ensure solutions are compliant and aligned to enterprise standards while supporting successful delivery outcomes
- Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst within infrastructure platform or enterprise technology environments
- Strong ability to drive manage and control meetings
- Strong ability to capture and translate business and technical requirements into clear actionable outcomes
- A good understanding of infrastructure concepts integrations and enterprise platforms
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured approach to requirements and delivery support
- Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment
- Experience working across large-scale complex programs with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
- An understanding of mainframe terminology
