We are seeking a highly skilled and experiencedSenior Implementation Specialist(Professional Services) to join our dynamic team inthe ANZ region specifically based in Melbourne. In this key role you will be responsible for the successful deployment integration and optimization of our cyber resiliency and data protectionsolutionsfor a diverse portfolio of enterprise clients. You will leverage your deep technical expertise and communication skills to ensure smooth implementations maximize client satisfaction and drive long-term value.

What youll do:

• Engage with a broad range of customers across ANZ to develop a comprehensive understanding of theircyber resiliency and data protectionenvironments from a fresh pragmatic perspective.
• Employ validated consultative methods to design implement and/or remediate solutions related to Modern Data Protection Multi-Cloud capability Archive & Compliance Ransomware/Disaster Recovery Cyber Resiliency and Operational Improvement.
• Lead technical delivery for complex / multi-domain projects
• Own end-to-end implementation lifecycle (design deploy optimise)
• Install and configure Commvault hardware and software according to design specifications to meet customers technical and business requirements.
• Execute migration tasks to transition customers from their existingdata protectionsolutionto the new Commvault based solution.
• Install and configurecyber resiliency and data protectionto protect customers applications databases data and hypervisors.
• Collaborate with customers and Commvault technical support and/or development teams to resolve technical issues that may impede project progress.
• Provide regular updates on project progress and obstacles to the Project Manager.
• Complete all necessary documentation associated with client projects in a timely manner including User Acceptance Test (UAT) Plans and As-Built Documentation.
• Maintain current knowledge of the latest implementation methodologies to ensure optimal and effective project delivery.
• Assist and collaborate with Technical Architects from regional teams for our global customers.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction throughout all client engagements.
• Drive best practice and standardisation
• Support account teams in identifying expansion / optimisation opportunities
• Provide input into scope changes or technical recommendations

Who you are

• Ideally a degree in Computer Science Computer Engineering Information Technology or a related field
• 8 years of experience in IT implementation systems integration or a related field with a focus on cyber resiliency or data protection.
• Demonstrable experience as Senior Implementation Specialist with enterprise customer exposure.
• Hands-on Commvault experience; Commvault Certification (Engineer or Expert) is highly preferred.
• Good communication etiquette including strong verbal written and active listening skills.
• Goodpresentation skills with the ability to articulate complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Customer-centric approach with strong customer service skills and a focus on building lasting relationships.
• Ability to take detailed notes work independently and communicate effectively as part of a remote team.
• Strong knowledge and experience with cloud environments ideally with exposure to Cybersecurity Networking and Storage aspects.
• Significant exposure to SaaS environments such as Commvault SaaS data protection products along with a solid knowledge of Cloud platforms and Commvault SaaS integration requirements with such platforms/applications.
• Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize tasks in a high-volume time-sensitive environment.
• Proficiency with backup and recovery of databases (Oracle SAP/Oracle Microsoft SQL Server SAP HANA).
• Hands-on experience with both Cloud and on-premises based infrastructure platforms private cloud (VMware Hyper-V Nutanix) and public cloud (AWS Azure GCP).
• Excellent diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• A passion for working in a highly technical team and a collaborative environment.
• Capable of quickly learning new technologies and applying that knowledge effectively.
• Flexibility to travel as needed (default remote up to 30% travel on average depending on project).
• Strong understanding of cyber resiliency data management principles technologies and best practices.
